My belief: great leaders and teams already hustle; to level up, they need specific skills to expand their capacity to handle pressure, uncertainty, and growth.

Lived-in-the-trenches experience. Real-world solutions.

Jeff spent years competing against the best in the world at Wimbledon and the US Open, sharing the court with legends like Sampras, Fedrerer, and McEnroe, Roddick. That experience gives him a rare perspective on what it takes to face pressure and excel. Today he brings that perspective to leaders and teams facing their own center court moments: the high-stakes decision, the critical quarter, the change no one saw coming.

I lost more than I won.

Even as one of the best tennis players in the world, guess what my career record was on the ATP Tour?

16 wins and 41 losses. I know. I know. Sounds terrible.

But…stress, setbacks, and failure became my training ground. I learned to stay steady under pressure, bounce back faster, and perform when it mattered most.

Leaders and teams face the same test every day. Tight deadlines, tough decisions, and constant change come with the work. The ones who turn pressure into a competitive edge, perform at their best each day.

No Wimbledon title. No Olympic gold. Just a lifelong pursuit of mastering pressure, and proof that it can be learned.

Now it’s your turn.

How you master pressure

  • You start with real-world pressure (it’s here to stay).

How you respond to pressure right now is the most powerful data you have, in life and at work. Once you become aware of it, you can turn it into fuel for growth, change, and transformation.

  • You train the skills, not one-off motivation.

The skills to handle and master pressure can be trained every day. Simple daily practices build real capacity and resilience over time.

  • You turn challenging moments into growth.

High-stakes moments are where growth happens. When pressure hits, you practice the skills that move you through it, and your capacity to handle the challenges expands.

  • You use failure to reach new levels of success.

Failure can make you or break you. When you use adversity and setbacks as opportunities to improve, you discover the next level of success and fulfillment.

Jeff’s mission is to equip leaders and teams with the “Pro Skills” elite athletes use to handle pressure with confidence. so they can perform at their best in business and in life.
